Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 Series PCB Matching Guide This PCB has 2 firmwares. Currently we are working on how to figure out which one is used from information written on the label. The information in next section is still in its EXPERIMENTAL stage and therefore is not guaranteed to be correct. Back to the TLA (experimental stage): Look carefully at the TLA number, the last 6 digits seem to be important. This one is 063411. Look at the 0 does your drive has this digit in this place? Or does it have A or B instead. If your drive doesn't have A or B in this place in the TLA, then the link below should lead you to the correct board (we have tested probably 10 drives and they ALL follow this rule). The VERY probable matching PCB for your hard drive If your drive does have A or B in this place in the TLA, to ensure that the firmware is a match,we will send two boards to you, but only one of them is compatible with your drive. You can try both of them, and then send the wrong one back to us. We will charge you for one board, but if the second board is not returned after 60 days, we will have to charge you for second board as well, The VERY probable matching PCB for your hard drive a firmware transfer is recommended (you will have to ship your damaged board to us). We offer this service for $20. provide us with the information on the HDD label. Email us at hddparts@gmail.com for details.
